These Terms of Use govern your use of moshki.com (the "Site"), operated by Sellbyx LLC ("Moshki", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What Moshki is

Moshki is an informational price-comparison service for household appliance replacement parts. We aggregate publicly available offer data — price, merchant, condition, and shipping — from multiple third-party merchants and affiliate networks (currently the eBay Partner Network, CJ Affiliate, and Rakuten Advertising; see our affiliate disclosure) and present it in a single comparison view.

Moshki is not the seller

Moshki does not sell, ship, or fulfill any part listed on this Site. Every "View offer" or "Buy" link takes you to a third-party merchant's own website to complete your purchase directly with them. Your purchase contract, payment, shipping, returns, warranty claims, and customer service are all with that merchant, not with Moshki. We are not a party to that transaction and have no ability to modify, cancel, or refund it.

Prices and availability may be stale

We refresh offer data on an ongoing basis, but merchant prices, stock levels, and shipping costs change constantly and outside our control. The price, condition, and availability shown on Moshki at any given moment is a snapshot that may not match what you see when you actually reach the merchant's site — always confirm the current price and availability on the merchant's page before completing a purchase. Offers older than 24 hours are marked "stale" on comparison tables as a visual cue, but even a fresh offer can change the instant a merchant updates their own listing.

OEM vs. aftermarket parts

Where we indicate a part is "OEM" (original equipment manufacturer) or "aftermarket," that classification is based on catalog and merchant listing data and is provided for informational convenience. Always verify part-number compatibility with your specific appliance model before purchasing; fitment data on this Site is provided as-is and without warranty of accuracy.

No warranty

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT (INCLUDING PRICES, FITMENT DATA, SUPERSESSION/CROSS-REFERENCE INFORMATION, AND FAQ ANSWERS) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PRICES, STOCK, OR FITMENT DATA SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moshki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any transaction you complete with a third-party merchant reached through the Site, including damages arising from an incorrect price, stale offer, or fitment mismatch.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party merchant websites that we do not control and are not responsible for, including their content, privacy practices, and terms of sale. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
